Using the right color-safe shampoo and conditioner can make a significant impact. I’ll recommend products that suit your hair and color goals. Between full-color appointments, a gloss or toner can refresh your shade and keep it looking vibrant.

Absolutely. Every appointment starts with a one-on-one consultation—especially if you’re making a bold change. We’ll talk about your vision, your hair’s condition, and how to bring your ideal look to life with realistic, beautiful results.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and will be applied to your final total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep the day running smoothly. However, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you if possible.

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If something feels off, don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a two-week window for any adjustments—my goal is for you to leave happy, confident, and loving your look.
